Send & Receive Emails
Click Below to log into the WebMail system.


The username on the webmail system is YOUR ENTIRE EMAIL ADDRESS and you password is case sensitive. IMPORTANT TIP: After you log into the WebMail system if you notice that your mailbox is not appearing normally or you cannot click on any of the buttons (e.g. Reply, Forward etc)...you will need to RESET your WebMail client. To do this just click the small "Floppy Disk" icon in the very bottom right corner of the mail window...then click RESET ALL VIEWS. This will take care of any issues you may have.


Request Domain Email
Domain email is an email address that includes your Domain Name. For example you could have an email address like: info@YourDomainNameHere.com. We offer five free domain email accounts and free domain hosting. If you do not yet have domain email, and you would like to have domain email activated please email membership@salonbuilder.com and provide the following informaiton:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Salon/Spa Name
  • A list of the emails that you want and a password to associate with each address
  • (example: info@YourDomainNameHere.com - PW: hair123)


Setup Other Programs to Collect your Domain Email
The email system is available for collecting and sending new messages. NOTE: If you use Outlook, Thunderbird, iPhones, Android, or other local computer or mobile phone applications to collect and send mail you can CLICK HERE FOR SETUP INSTRUCTIONS for virtually every type of device. From that page click which type of device you want to setup and follow the instructions. For iPhone we recommend you choose iOS IMAP Setup CLICK HERE FOR IPHONE

FUSEMAIL STATUS

If the system says it's running normally, there may be a problem with your email settings, or you may be experiencing a temporary intenet outage with your ISP. Please wait a little while and if the problem does not resolve, please contact us at membership@salonbuilder.com
