Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are important to Stephanie Rider and she reserve time for appointments just for you. She does understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for appointment adjustments or cancellations. Her policies are designed to be beneficial for everyone and enable her to provide every client with the exemplary quality and service Stephanie is known for.

We require a credit card on file and a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments.

• A $50 fee will be applied to all appointments that are canceled within a 48-hour period of the appointment(s).
• A 50% fee will be applied to all no-show appointments (includes arriving more than 15 minutes late)

Please call us if you expect to be late, tardiness more than 15 minutes will be considered a “no-show”. No-shows are subject to a 50% fee.
