Illustrated Salon Spa has a 48 hours cancelation policy. Therefore, we ask all of our customers that scheduled an appointment to honor your appointment or call us within 48 hours time frame to cancel your appointment. This will allow us to give other clients the next time slot available.
Please note: If you failed to give us a 48 hours cancelation notice or "no show" for your appointment, you will be charge a 50% fee or your voucher will be forfeited at our own discretion.
