Michael Alexander Salon

 I am originally from Nebraska but moved to Arizona in 2011 . I started my hair career in 1996.   I live in the Tramonto area and have been working in Scottdale for the past 22 years.  Michael Alexander Salon & Spa was a well known salon that was close to my home and my friend Lisa who works there was always talking about how great the vibe was so I decided to give it a try. I am happy to say I now spilt my work week between Scottsdale &  Anthem.

I love to do all salon services but I specialize in haircutting and color, I am a master of curly hair because I have worked with my own curls my entire life.  I always further my education by taking advanced classes that allow me to keep current in the fashion world and keep my clients style and color looking  on trend.

In 1995 I got certified in RUSK  advanced cutting class & certified Wella color specialist.  I was fortunate to work in the same salon as  Misael Aponte which allowed me to learn all of his cutting & coloring techniques.
