Transformations Salon Policies
We require at least a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment to cancel an appointment. Not doing so will incur a fee of a minimum of $25 or 50% of the service that was scheduled.
We have a 7 day guarantee policy it is our desire that you love your hair. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied we ask that you contact the stylist that you received your hair service with. It is at the stylist’s discretion how the matter is rectified however we do NOT give refunds.
We require the use of professional products for at home care. It is our policy that not doing so when receiving color, hilites, or permanent waves will void our 7 day satisfaction guarantee.
