In order that we may give you the best service possible and since we are an appointment based spa studio and we reserve your time exclusively for you we require no later than a 24 hour cancellation by phone call to cancel your appointment. If there are more than 3 services booked we require a 48 hour cancellation. All short notice cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee per person and the possibility of not being re-booked for a future appointment. All parties with a total of 4 or more services booked will require a credit card or cash deposit of $25 per person that will be applied on the day of your services. If the scheduled party is a no show or less than a 48 hour cancellation, client forfeits their deposit.
