The fine print:

Please shower before your spa services such a a massage and body treatment.

Our health care experts recommend that if you are pregnant, you should avoid all heat treatments and
massage.

If you are allergic to iodine you may not have any seaweed treatments.

Please disclose any medical condition/medications to your service provider as some services may be contraindicated.

If using retin a or acne medication, please inform us before any waxing services

Please arrive 15 minutes before your spa services for any necessary paperwork that needs to be filled out.

Removal of clothing is mandatory; Canvas will not be responsible for damage to clothing or belongings.

There will be a $25.00-dollar service charge on all returned checks.

Cancellation policy: should a conflict arise, please give 24 hours notice ahead of your appointment time. Cancellations made less than a 24-hour notice on services valued at $100.00 or more will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This includes but not limited to keratin, lash extensions, and spa services.

Gift cards are available and fully customizable to fit your needs. Gift cards are nonrefundable. Cards are rechargeable. 

Gratuities are not accepted on credit/debit cards. The industry average ranges from 15%-20% of the service fee.

Refunds are available for unopened, unused and in the original package and must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase. Nonrefundable items include make up, nail polishes, and brushes.
