Rischaria have been licensed for over 17  years .
Have degrees in Clinical Massage ,Personal Training and Advanced Esthetician in a Medical Setting.  She's also a Clinical Herbalist. Her love of learning has also driven her to become a Certified Nail Technician. Through use of my education,  her goal is to assist individuals in living a healthy/active lifestyle and to improve their quality of life. Her primary specialty in massage is to provide pain relief. She also provide relaxation to clients that suffer from stress, anxiety and insomnia. She  provide post -surgery recovery and rehabilitation services to clients recovering from strain, muscle injuries,auto injuries, sports injuries,and work injuries with acute and chronic pain. She also work with athletes helping to improve performance to prepare, regain strength, and recuperate for the next game, race,or competition. She work with clients from all age groups and focus on creating a treatment plan that fits the needs for each individual to find what works best for each specific condition. She have many years of experience working with a wide range of injuries and conditions. Therefore, she has training in several modalities including: Medical Massage,Relaxation, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Prenatal, Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Therapy, Clinical, Sports, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Muscle Energy Technique (MET) stretching recipes have been instrumental in being able to meet client needs. Her treatment plans of clinical massage have proved beneficial to many clients suffering from chronic/acute neck and back pain, helping with scar tissue as well as tendon, ligaments, and muscle tears, fibromyalgia, cancer, carpal tunnel syndrome, diabetes, migraines, arthritis, edema, carpal tunnel, sciatica, whiplash, rotator cuff injury, depression, and paralysis. Her experiences include providing massage in hospice care, assisted living communities, oncology units, courage center, hospitals, care centers,chiropractic clinics and spas. In addition to massage therapy, She have over 20 years experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, Trained Medication Administration Assistant, and a Resident Director. She enjoy working with the young and the mature. There are no words that can adequately describe how rewarding this occupation truly is to her.
