I am a mother of 2 energetic boys who are my biggest teachers every day.
I have training in a variety of arenas that contribute to my coaching practice: Mindset Training, Root Cause Investigation, Yoga and Yogic Philosophy, Somatic Techniques, & Conscious Parenting.
