Massages are an amazing way to release tension and stress from everyday life. Regular massages will help with muscles pain and chronic injuries also.

Pregnancy Massage

60 minutes for $65.00

90 minutes for $85.00

Ease the discomforts, stress, & anxiety that goes long with pregnancy Your center of gravity has moved & this puts stress on your back, neck, abdominal muscles, & shoulders. Pregnancy also relaxes your ligaments, so your pelvic joints are less stable. It also changes your posture, pulling your pelvis forward. Add in the extra weight you're carrying & you may end up with an aching lower back.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes for $70.00

90 minutes for $90.00

Deep tissue massage uses heavier pressure to release tissue which is harder to access in the body. It will also break up adhesions and scar tissue in the deeper tissues. This style of work doesn’t have to be painful, there may be some “therapeutic discomfort”, Remember breath deeply, relax and enjoy the wonderful benefits.

Swedish Massage

60 minutes for $60.00

90 minutes for $80.00

Swedish massage technique relaxes the entire body. This is accomplished with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. It is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation & flexibility, while easing tension.

Therapeutic Massage

60 minutes for $65.00

90 minutes for $85.00

Our therapeutic massage focuses on getting results vs. just relaxing. The purpose is to achieve a structural change or therapeutic benefit in the body. Your massage therapist will mobilize your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, fascia, etc) to restore normal functional use. You should expect to feel great long after your massage session ends.
