WE ESSENTIALLY PERM THE BROW HAIR TO MAKE IT LAY FLAT AND STRAIGHT. SIMILAR TO THE WAY STRAIGHTENING THE HAIR ON YOUR SCALP CAN MAKE IT APPEAR LONGER, WE ARE ABLE TO ACHIEVE THE SAME EFFECT BY STRAIGHTENING THE EYEBROWS.
